The Bombardier TR (Toronto Rocket) is the first design subway car in Toronto with full interior access for passengers to all 6 cars. Previous designs had used 2-car units with passengers prohibited from using the connections between cars except in an emergency.

The charter also used one of the last 2 GM 1987 Classics number 6223. The 60 riders were split between the 2 buses and swapped over at lunch time. Highlight of the charter was the dash along highway 401 were the Orion easily outpaced the Classic.
